Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Direct personnel to check-in procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points and perimeter.
• Document observations and incidents per reporting requirements.
