• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees via site access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Respond to incidents calmly, escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols of entry points, yards, loading areas, and perimeters.
• Document daily activities and incidents in required reports.
