Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct check-in procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Document observations and access-related activities per Allied Universal and site requirements.
