Allied Universal in Katy, TX is seeking a part-time Security Officer Entry Point Access Control to serve tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and maintain a professional presence while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to commercial property entry points by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vendor arrivals, and directing authorized individuals appropriately.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, parking locations, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident documentation, and shift activity records in accordance with site-specific requirements.
