You will perform access control, patrols, incident response, and customer service for a commercial real estate site.

Qualifications

At least one year of security-related experience.
Guard card or license preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screening may be required.
Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff at a commercial real-estate location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following reporting procedures.
Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
Complete daily activity reports and shift handoff communications.
