Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients following site policies and access control protocols.
• Monitor and control access at entry points by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report findings to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access logs and incident documentation per site requirements.
