Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to airport personnel, visitors, contractors and other authorized individuals while adhering to site security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and control entry/exit per airport/government facility policies.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, visitor records, and incident documentation.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access points and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
