Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer (Part Time, Night) to join our field team in Jeffersonville, OH. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, and site security at customer construction sites with travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities include managing access control, parking, visitors, deliveries, and supporting customers and workers. Flexibility in hours and a valid Guard Card are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOP’s) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team members.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned to verify identity and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries with written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control & troubleshooting support.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks for customers.
