Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors and families while following site security procedures.
• Monitor and manage access by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established procedures.
• Deter unauthorized access by observing entry points and reporting unusual activity.
• Conduct patrols of assigned areas and report maintenance or security concerns.
