Allied Universal, Frisco, TX, is hiring a part-time Security Officer Access Control Vehicle Driver to manage entry points, verify access, patrol residential areas, and assist residents and visitors with courtesy service.

This driving post emphasizes safety, logs, and responsive communication; you will work evenings and weekends per the schedule, use alarm panels when needed, and contribute to a secure, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• State/local security license preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit at residential community access points, verify authorized access, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site policy.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift communications regarding access activity, incidents, patrols, and unusual conditions.
