Qualifications

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting concerns and reporting through proper channels.
• Conduct regular patrols and observe for unusual activity and unsecured areas.
