Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation as required by law.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and tenants by following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain records.
• Operate access-control systems and report incidents per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
