Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator II to coordinate, plan, execute and evaluate university programs within the Family & Community Medicine department. You will manage multiple program aspects, including logistics, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight and outcome assessment.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 3 years of related experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and three years of administrative/department coordinator experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee program operations and timelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Collect data, analyze outcomes, and prepare progress reports.
