Job summary

The University of Nevada, Reno seeks a part-time Operations Specialist for the Orvis School of Nursing to provide direct operational, project, and administrative support to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies.

You will manage tracking systems, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare materials for meetings and decisions, while working independently and maintaining confidentiality under FERPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience tracking multiple deadlines and following through independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

Responsibilities
