Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and supervision from a BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow through ongoing coaching and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
