Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection on treatment goals, collaboration with the BCBA to implement behavior plans, and supporting families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time, afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Evening/weekend availability preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
