Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will be trained and mentored by an experienced BCBA while helping kids develop communication, social, and independence skills.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, a chance to impact families directly, and ongoing supervision to support your growth in ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and availability for after-school hours/weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children at home (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior plans.
• Support families with strategies and progress updates.
