Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while under supervision, with training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

The role offers flexible, part-time afternoon/evening shifts, opportunities to grow in a supportive team, and hands-on experience working directly with families in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
