Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism in home-based settings. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, collect progress data, and coordinate with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized plans. Training and mentorship are offered to help you grow in the role.

Alongside flexible afternoon/evening hours and weekend options, this part-time position supports families by sharing practical strategies and updates on progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Ability to collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Strong communication with families and supervising BCBA.
