Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBA supervisors.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, and opportunities for ongoing training and supervision to grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends; part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
