Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced BCBA while helping kids develop communication, social, and independence skills.

Position offers part-time hours with after-school and weekend shifts; travel to client homes is required. Join a supportive team focused on practical outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
