The role emphasizes data collection, treatment plan implementation, and clear communication with caregivers. Part-time hours after school, with mileage reimbursement and dedicated RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy and understanding when working with individuals with ASD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians.
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information.
