Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Flanders, NJ. You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with ASD and work closely with clinicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, maintaining clear session notes and billing records, and communicating with families to support seamless transitions. Part-time schedule Mon-Fri 4p-7p with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and school settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clinicians.
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information.
