Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part‑time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in home settings with children who have autism. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and help children build communication, social, and independence skills under mentorship.

You will collect progress data, follow behavior plans with a supervising BCBA, and share updates with families. A high school diploma is required, and flexible after‑school or weekend hours are available in Englewood, NJ.
