Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work under a BCBA and collaborate with a care team to implement individualized plans and track progress.

We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, bilingual pay, and weekly BCBA supervision. A consistent weekly schedule and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — we’ll provide training and support.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
