Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Flanders, NJ is seeking a compassionate ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and school settings. You will collaborate with clinicians to develop treatment plans, collect data, and support families with progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy and understanding when working with individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clinicians.
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and support.
• Maintain accurate records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information.
