Job summary

Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking part-time RBT candidates to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings.

You will implement individualized skill-building programs, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team while earning RBT certification through our training and support. Prioritize compassion, patience, and calm problem-solving to help children with Autism thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification; training provided by Heartland ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
