ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT). Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification are provided. The organization emphasizes professional growth, with settings including homes, schools, and clinics, and a focus on data-driven ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Preferred: experience in childcare, education, or related fields; prior exposure to ABA services.

Responsabilités

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
