Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in ABA-based interventions. This part-time role offers 12–20 hours per week and requires a Bachelor's Degree and Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and RBT certification required.
• Part-time role with 12–20 hours per week.
• Must have a Tablet or Laptop for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and report child progress and behavior daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors and assist skill development.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry in the online database.
