Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in honing skills like communication and self-care. The part-time role involves 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities to advance toward RBT certification and BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification if already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client's daily progress and behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry in the online database.
• Participates in continuous training to increase skills.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Follows Butterfly Effects policies and procedures.
