Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism in home, school, and center settings. This part-time role includes training and a pathway to becoming a BCBA with support and financial assistance.

You will work directly with the child and family, using play-based activities to teach communication, sharing, and other essential skills, while bringing energy, reliability, and a positive attitude to every session.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
• A love and Passion for working with children.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
• At least 3 weekdays w/ same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with the child and family in their natural environment (home, school, or center) to teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills.
• Conduct sessions using play-based activities and receive training to confidently teach children affected by autism.
