Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring part-time Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians, including RBTs, to support children with autism in ABA-based plans. The role emphasizes direct client work, progress observation, data collection, and collaboration with families and the treatment team.

We offer 12–20 hours weekly, opportunities for education and training, and potential growth toward BCBA with company guidance and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification if already obtained is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and own device for sessions (tablet/laptop).
• Interest in ongoing development and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and document client progress and behaviors daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles consistently in interactions.
• Help clients acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, and clients.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry in the online system.
