Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will support communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, with paid training and flexible afternoon/evening hours. New to ABA?

Training and mentorship are provided. Opportunities for career growth include milestones like Lead, Senior, and Specialist BT roles, plus RBT certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar settings.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work 15+ hours weekly, primarily afternoons/evenings.
• Background checks, TB test, health documentation, and onboarding as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect data and document progress accurately.
• Deliver services in clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA/supervisors and caregivers.
• Engage in ongoing training and team collaboration.
