Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities, under supervision.

This is a part-time role with afternoon and evening shifts. No ABA experience required; paid training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities for growth into Lead or Senior BT roles.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in professional or educational settings preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete background screening, TB test, and health documents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies and positive behavior support.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
