Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related disabilities. You will help develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

We offer paid training and room for career growth through our Milestone Moments program. This part-time role features afternoon and evening schedules, with flexible options and the potential for BCBA supervision hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings, with a consistent schedule.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening and onboarding requirements (background check, TB testing, health docs).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies and positive behavior support.
• Collect session data, track progress, and complete clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration.
