Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

We offer paid training, a clear growth path and flexible afternoon/evening hours. Candidates with or without ABA experience are welcome; training and mentorship are provided. RBT exam reimbursement is available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children in a professional/educational setting is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data, track progress, and maintain clinical documentation.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBA, caregivers, and team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
