Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) - Part-Time to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics under supervision, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans and track progress with BCBA oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Complete a 40-hour paid training program (BT) and pass the RBT exam within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues; teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision; track progress and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
