Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each client’s goals.

All positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and paid training. A 6-month commitment is preferred to help transform clients’ lives, with opportunities for advancement and referrals to BCBA programs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
