Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support clients at homes, schools, and clinics in Freehold, NJ. The role offers paid training and a clear path for advancement within a growing ABA program.

You will work under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills, while collecting data and tracking progress to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available Monday–Friday afternoons and Saturdays as specified.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team.
