Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis in homes, schools, or clinics. The role includes directly supporting clients, teaching essential skills, and following BCBA-supervised treatment plans.

Paid training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to advance toward RBT certification. The position offers afternoon/evening shifts, with weekend availability and multiple growth paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates: 21+ years old with 1 year related experience (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress and maintain session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
