Job summary

The Behavior Lab in California is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings. You’ll help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills with guidance from our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field is a plus.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings.

• Collecting data and documenting skill development and behaviors.
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and success.
