Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (Part-Time) to work in-home and in the community in California. Pay is $19.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE and paid training is provided. Join a supportive team dedicated to playful learning and compassionate care for children with autism.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress, and collaborate with families and clinicians to tailor sessions to each child’s needs in home, clinic, school or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques.
• Use structured play and activities to promote learning.
• Track progress and collect data on skills and behaviors.
• Communicate with families and team to ensure consistent support.
