The Behavior Lab seeks an ABA Behavior Technician for part-time, in-home and community-based sessions. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, guided by our clinical team, in home, school, clinic, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and observation skills are important.
• Able to work independently in home and community settings and flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Making learning fun through structured play and interactive activities.
• Tracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviors.
• Communicating with families and team members to ensure consistent support.
• Helping adapt therapy plans to fit each child’s unique needs.
• Bringing creativity, energy, and patience to every session.
