Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based therapy. You will work one-on-one with children, using play-based activities to develop communication, social, and daily living skills, under supervision from a clinical team.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities to grow into leadership and clinical roles while enjoying a supportive, inclusive workplace and flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or child development is a plus.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Make learning engaging through play-based activities to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress with guidance from the clinical team.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and progress.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet each child's unique needs.
• Bring patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every session.
