Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking a Part-Time ABA Behavior Technician for in-home and community-based sessions. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress, and collaborate with families and our clinical team to support each child’s growth.

Paid training is provided, and there is potential to grow into a full-time role with benefits. Flexible after-school and evening hours are available in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and observation skills are essential.
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settings.

Responsibilities
