Job summary

The Behavior Lab is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians for part-time, in-home and community-based therapy. You’ll work one-on-one with children, teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills under clinical supervision.

Paid training provided; no ABA experience required. We value passion for helping children, flexibility for afternoon/evening hours, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or related field is a plus.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Make learning engaging through play-based and interactive activities.
• Support children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating progress.
• Collect data and document skill development and behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and success.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet each child’s unique strengths and needs.
• Bring patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every session.
