The Behavior Lab in California is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to work in-home, clinic, or community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, focusing on communication, social, play, and daily living skills, with data collection and collaboration with the clinical team.

No ABA experience is required; we offer comprehensive paid training and ongoing support to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or related field is a plus.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
