The Behavior Lab is a dedicated ABA therapy provider offering in-home, clinic, school, and community-based services. This part-time Behavior Technician role focuses on one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and progress tracking to support children with autism and related challenges.

PAID TRAINING PROVIDED with ongoing mentorship from a clinical team. Flexible afternoons/evenings and a supportive, inclusive culture that values growth and impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings
• Making learning engaging through play-based and interactive activities
• Supporting children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating their progress
• Collecting data and documenting skill development and behaviors
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and success
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet each child's unique strengths and needs
• Bringing patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every session
