Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings, under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible weekday availability and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
