Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part‑Time Behavior Technician in Portsmouth, NH to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings. The role supports skill development and behavior goals while fitting flexible part-time hours with local caseloads.

Paid onboarding and ongoing supervision are provided; prior ABA experience is not required. A $500 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly rate reflect the flexible, supportive CAS approach to care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
